PayTicketOnline ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered service that pays parking and traffic tickets on your behalf through official government payment portals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We are committed to transparency. We collect only the minimum data necessary to process your payments, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Account information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Vehicle information: License plate numbers, plate states, and optionally your vehicle make, model, and color. This is used to look up outstanding violations.
Ticket information: We cache ticket details (violation type, amount, summons number, issue date, location) retrieved from government portals so you can view them on your dashboard.
Payment information: Card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address. These are transmitted directly to the official government payment portal through our secure backend. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry after the transaction is complete.
Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and actions taken within the app. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or sell this data.

When you submit a payment, our backend AI agent opens the official government payment portal in a secure, sandboxed browser session. Your card details are entered directly into the government's payment form — the same form you would use if you were paying manually.
The payment is processed by the government's own payment processor (typically a PCI-compliant third party like Conduent or PayIt). We are an automation layer, not a payment processor. Your card details pass through our server only to be forwarded to the government portal, and they are discarded immediately after.
Payment card details: Not retained after the transaction completes.
Ticket and payment history: Retained in your account for your reference. You can request deletion at any time.
Account data: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
Browser sessions: The automated browser sessions used to pay your tickets are destroyed immediately after the transaction. No recordings, screenshots, or session data is retained.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Our database uses row-level security (RLS), meaning users can only access their own data. Payment card details are never written to disk or logs — they exist in memory only for the duration of the payment transaction.
