Terms of Service

Last updated: March 6, 2026

1. What This Service Is

PayTicketOnline ("the Service") is an AI-powered automation platform that pays parking and traffic tickets on your behalf through official government payment portals. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any city, state, or federal government entity.

We act as your authorized agent to submit payments on government websites using the information you provide. The actual payment is processed by the government's own payment systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using PayTicketOnline, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to pay tickets on behalf of the vehicle owner.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using PayTicketOnline, you agree to:

  • --Provide accurate and complete information (plate number, name, billing details, card information)
  • --Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available for the ticket amount plus our service fee
  • --Only pay tickets that you are legally responsible for or authorized to pay
  • --Not use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose

4. Service Fee

We charge a 2% service fee on top of the government-assessed ticket amount. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm payment. The fee is non-refundable once payment processing has begun, as our AI agent has already initiated the transaction on the government portal.

For example, if your ticket is $65, the service fee is $1.30, and your total charge will be $66.30.

5. Payment Processing

When you submit a payment request, our AI agent will attempt to complete the payment on the official government portal. You acknowledge that:

  • --Payment processing may take several minutes as our agent navigates the government website
  • --Government portals may occasionally be unavailable, slow, or change their interfaces, which may cause a payment attempt to fail
  • --If a payment fails, your card will not be charged by the government, and we will not charge our service fee
  • --A successful payment on the government portal is final — refunds must be sought directly from the government agency
  • --We are not responsible for late fees, penalties, or consequences arising from failed payment attempts due to government portal issues

6. Refund Policy

Successful payments: If your ticket was successfully paid on the government portal, the ticket payment itself is non-refundable through us — you would need to contact the government agency directly. Our service fee is also non-refundable for completed transactions.

Failed payments: If our system fails to complete a payment, no charges will be applied. If your card was erroneously charged, contact us at support@payticketonline.com for a full refund.

7. Account and Data

You may use the Service with or without an account. Account holders get additional features like saved vehicles, ticket history, and dashboard access. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on PayTicketOnline are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

  • --The Service will be available at all times without interruption
  • --Government portals will accept our automated payments at all times
  • --Ticket information retrieved from government portals is 100% accurate or complete
  • --Payments will be processed within any specific timeframe

We recommend verifying payment confirmation directly on the government portal after using our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTicketOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in service fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
